This section applies to all tickets purchased directly through Airnexaplus β whether by phone, email, or via one of our authorized travel advisors.
β Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are governed by the fare rules of the issuing airline and the ticket type purchased. Airnexaplus acts as an intermediary between you and the airline or consolidator, ensuring all refunds are processed in accordance with the official fare conditions and supplier policies.

Within 24 Hours of Booking:
If cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (and before ticket issuance when possible), refunds are processed in line with airline and supplier rules. Many airlines allow full refunds within this period. -
Refundable Fares:
Refunds are processed per airline fare rules. Service fees charged by Airnexaplus (if any) are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. -
Non-Refundable Fares:
For non-refundable tickets, you may still be eligible for:- Airline-issued travel credit or voucher
- Refund in case of airline-authorized waiver or schedule change
- Refund of unused government taxes or fees where applicable

Schedule Changes or Airline Cancellations:
If the airline cancels or significantly changes your itinerary, you may be entitled to a refund or a free rebooking option based on the airlineβs policies. -
Medical/Bereavement Exceptions:
Airlines may authorize refunds or credits in emergency cases. Airnexaplus assists with documentation, but final approval rests with the airline.

- Refunds typically take 7β21 business days after the airline approves the refund.
- Banks and credit card processors may require additional time for the amount to reflect.

- All Airnexaplus service fees are non-refundable once the ticket is issued.

Section 2: Travel Consultation Services (External Bookings)
This section applies to clients who use Airnexaplus to recover refunds or credits for tickets not originally booked with us. These services operate under our fair βNo Recovery, No Feeβ model.
π Refund Consultation Overview
We assist customers in obtaining the following from airlines or suppliers:
- Refunds for unused or partially used tickets
- Recovery of credits or vouchers
- Waivers issued due to airline schedule changes or cancellations
- Medical or compassionate refunds
- Fare reassessments or downgrade compensation
πΌ Payment Policy
Our service fees apply only when we successfully recover a refund or credit. The standard fee is up to 40% of the recovered amount (credit or cash). This fee is clearly disclosed in writing before any work begins.

- Once a refund or credit is recovered and documented, our service fee becomes non-refundable.
- Our fee applies even if you choose not to use the recovered credit or voucher.

- Funds are returned to your payment method, or
- A voucher or travel credit is issued under your booking.

- Airline-issued credits typically appear within 5β10 business days.

- Our invoice is issued only after successful recovery.
